Woodside Lake Park is a premier camping destination in Streetsboro, OH! From cabin rentals to primitive camping to a full RV campsite, we attract visitors from Akron, Cleveland, Columbus, and beyond! Make your camping experience yours by staying where you want and taking part in activities that you enjoy.
You may choose to relax by the lake or leave the park and explore some of the local interests. You can cook your meals over your site’s fire pit or purchase food from our convenience store in the park. As long as you’re having a good time, we’re having a good time!

The lake is open from May 26th – September 1st, from 11 am – 7 pm (weather permitting).
Bingo every Friday night, unless noted otherwise. $1/card on the side porch!
May
- May 3: Welcome to Camp!
- 4pm: Join us for the grand opening of our new adults-only game room! Cues & Views
- The Weiner Guy food truck will be here! BYOB and check it out.
- May 10: Happy Mother’s Day!
- Coffee and donuts in the game room @ 9am
- Kids craft with Kathy @ 1pm (Upper Meadow 48) – Birdhouses
- Bingo on the side porch @ 8pm (Ladies, buy one, get one free card!)
- May 17: The lake opens for the season! From 11am – 7pm daily
- The Snack Shack is open 12pm – 6pm daily.
- Adult Bingo @ 8pm on the side porch ($5 per card)
- May 24: Memorial Day Weekend:
- Kids craft with Kathy @ 1pm (Upper Meadow 48)
- Memorial Day parade: Decorate your non-motorized bicycles, wagons, strollers, etc. (no golf carts). Meet at the bath house at 4pm.
- Bingo on the side porch @ 8pm
- May 25: Memorial Day Service @ 10:30am by the lake
- May 31: Karaoke with our own DJ Carl @ 7pm
June
- June 7: Ice cream social @ 2pm on the office porch, bring a topping to share!
- Bingo on the side porch @ 8pm
- June 14: Happy Father’s Day!
- Coffee and donuts in the game room @ 9am
- Kids father’s day craft with Kathy @ 1pm (Upper Meadow 48)
- June 21: Chardon Polka Band 12pm-2pm (instrument demos!) followed by concert
- Science fun by the office porch (experiments, geodes) from 2pm – 3pm
- Paint and sip with wine and cheese on the side porch @ 3pm
- Adult Bingo on the side porch ($5 per card)
- June 28: Kids craft with Kathy @ 1pm (Upper Meadow 48)
- Car Show featuring DJ Carl from 2pm – 5pm. Food trucks will be there too! Register in the office ($20 per car)
July
- July 5: Kids craft with Kathy @ 1pm (Upper Meadow 48)
- Come make your own Tie Dye T-shirts ($3 per shirt) @ 2pm in the upper pavilion!
- Food trucks will be here this weekend and our lemonade guy!
- Fireworks at dusk! DJ Carl will be playing all your patriotic favorites!
- July 12: The Big North Band (country and western) 7pm – 10pm in front of the bath house
- July 19: Woodside Flea. Come shop our flea market and local food trucks! (Reserve your spot in the office $20 for a 10×10 spot)
- Karaoke with DJ Carl @ 7pm
- July 26: Christmas in July! Decorate your sites and golf carts
- Kids craft with Kathy @ 1pm (Upper Meadow 48)
- Pictures with Santa! @ 5pm on the office porch: followed by a hayride
- Golf cart parade @ 9pm. Line up by the bath house. (hot chocolate after!)
August
- August 2: Woodsides inaugural cardboard boat derby launch! Make your watercrafts, cardboard only, and race from the L dock to the shore
- Talk Box Band: (70’s classic rock) from 7pm – 10pm in front of the bath house
- August 9: Kids craft with Kathy @ 1pm (Upper Meadow 48)
- First annual New Years Eve! From 7pm – 10pm (in front of the bath house) The ball drops @ 9pm!
- August 16: C&T concert! From 7pm – 10pm outside of the bath house!
- August 23: Bingo on the side porch @ 8pm
- August 30: Kids craft with Kathy @ 1pm (Upper Meadow 48)
- Poker Run. Sign up at the staff camper @ 2pm ($5 entry fee)
- Beach party! DJ Carl, games, fire on the sand!

- September 1: Beach closes for the season @ 7pm
- September 6: Western Weekend
- Chili cookoff @ 2pm (service and voting in the game room)
- Horseshoe tournament (sign up in the office, $5 entry fee)
- Music and line dancing in front of the bath house @ 7pm
